Service Description

A blended massage can consist of Myofascial Release in one particular or multiple areas, Swedish Massage with some stretching. Some tools may be used to enhance the session to help alleviate the tension. MFR Massage is applied to both the superficial and deep layers of muscles, fascia, and other surrounding structures. It uses targeted pressure (firm and deep) and holds that help to release the muscles. This is common for athletes and client's that has had an injury. Swedish Massage is the common type of massage. It consists of techniques that are relaxing, therapeutic and elongates the muscles. Some stretching technique may be used with the proper draping followed. Some tools consist of the Massage beveled, flat or circular tool along with a percussion tool.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelation: A 50% charge for the same day cancel of your appointment. You can cancel your appointment and reschedule it for another day. Refunds are issued out with a gift certificate (expired in 30 days) or a gift card.
