Myofascial Release Half-Hour

Service Description

MFR is applied to both the superficial and deep layers of muscles, fascia, and other surrounding structures. It uses targeted pressure which helps to release the muscles at the belly origin and insertion of the muscle. This is common for athletes and client's that has had an injury. Little to no lotion/oil/cream is used with this type of session.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelation: A 50% charge for the same day cancel of your appointment. You can cancel your appointment and reschedule it for another day. Refunds are issued out with a gift certificate (expired in 30 days) or a gift card.
