Youth Wellness Massage — Parent/Guardian Requirements Youth Wellness Massage appointments are available for clients 17 years of age and under. A parent or legal guardian must schedule and confirm the appointment on behalf of the minor. The parent or legal guardian must also be present on the day of the appointment to complete and sign all required electronic intake, informed consent, and minor consent documentation before the session begins. For the safety and protection of the minor, all required forms must be completed accurately and reviewed before services are provided. True Serenity LLC follows applicable requirements and professional standards established by the Mississippi State Board of Massage Therapy (MSBMT) regarding massage therapy services provided to minors. Please note: An appointment is not considered fully confirmed until the parent/guardian has completed the required booking and confirmation process. The parent/guardian is responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
